REFUND POLICY (10 days)

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to address your concerns swiftly and efficiently.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods (including beauty products, skin, hair and feminine hygiene products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns on sale items or gift cards are also not accepted. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Refund Process
- Email or message us with your concern, including your full name, contact details, and a picture of the item.
- We will review your request and notify you of the decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Please note that refunds for change of mind are not offered. Contact us if more than 14 business days have passed since your refund approval.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer a 12-month warranty on all electrical hair devices sold at Magnetic Beauty, which covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period for these devices begins on the date of purchase.
What the Warranty Covers:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, our manufacturer will determine the appropriate resolution based on the specific issue. The resolution may include repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the nature of the defect.
How to Claim the Warranty:

- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs related to returning items for warranty evaluation. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
- Resolution: After evaluating your claim, if it is deemed valid, we will either repair or replace the faulty device at no additional cost to you. If repair or replacement is not feasible, a similar product or a refund may be offered.
Limitations:
- The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, exposure to excessive heat, improper handling, or alterations.
- This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
