Shipping Policy
Handling Time Our goal is to ship your purchases as quickly as possible. We have a standard handling time of 3 to 5 working days before products are dispatched. However, we strive to ship orders within 24-48 hours whenever possible. If a purchase is made after 11 am on a Saturday, it will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
Shipping Time Once dispatched, our products typically take 10-14 business days to be delivered. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary based on the carrier.
Carriers We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ship our products. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that we do not control the carriers and cannot prevent delays once an item has been shipped.
Reporting Issues Any shipping issues, such as missing or incorrect items, must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your package. This allows us to address and resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping
We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.
PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 2-4 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office.
After your order has been processed, our shipping company for dispatch will then pick up your package. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.
Processing Time - in very rare instances, may take longer than the stated expected time frame. During busy time like holidays, promotions or other instances processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.
SEPARATE PACKAGES
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on backorder
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
- Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)
Canceling an Order
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel a order if it has already been processed.
If order is cancelled within 30 minutes before your order is PROCESSED there is a transaction fee of $20 per each order
If you reach out and we tell you it is processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
